Here are some basic suggestions on adornments for level 100 characters. Suggested quality levels are Proven or Wantia (Proven preferred). The base level Proven adorns cost 10 PG currency tokens and you can get 18 for each solo run.
Adorns to stay away from: - Melee/auto attack adorns - Resists (debatable but seems to not make a big differences unless you use your epic neck piece as a wrist) - Casting stats (unless you can't get doublecast to cap any other way)
The below is based off of a priest setup so there may be some differences for classes with unique needs such as fighters needing hate and certain dps classes needing to have negative hate adorns. Feel free to post more class-specific ones for others to leverage.
Suggested Adornments: (Note: These include a lot of HP adorns because I'm a big believer in stacking hp. It helps on encounters with big AEs and adds flexibility to take higher potency, lower HP items.)
Head - Potency Cloak - HP or ABmod Arms - HP Chest - Potency Forearms - Potency Hands - Potency Legs - Potency Feet - Potency Primary - Potency Secondary - Potency Range - Potency Charm - HP or ABmod or Primary Stat Charm - HP or ABmod or Primary Stat Neck - HP or Primary Stat Ear - HP Ear - HP Finger - HP or CB (if not capped) Finger - HP or CB (if not capped) Wrist - ABmod or CB (if not capped) Wrist - ABmod or CB (if not capped) Belt - HP

I would change a few things: Primarily the new white adorns from summer will replace the 4 slots that they are designed for. If you have a lot of HPs then consider more potency if they will fit the slot. I also use a few more primary stat white adorns than you have listed. other than that, thumbs up.
Purples depends on a few things but if you are low HPs then the 25% 250000HP is a must to get you going. Blinding Gleam for priests/mages just makes so much sense, Bolstered Attributes too, after that it's going to depend on class/HPs etc.. Bolstered Endurance is good, the one with the extra trigger chance (forget named) is good.

The new white adorns will be great when we get to the third one with the added potency (unless you are left spec). I've also found that the primary stat adorns make such a tiny difference to tooltip damage (the multiplier is super small) that they aren't useful to a priest. Might be ok for dps classes though.
The slots with potency in the above post should be the only slots you can fit potency in other than the new summer adorns.

What is advice for Beastlords? I keep getting asked to tank. For raids and dps I have one set of gear. Then I remove my -hate adorns when asked to tank for experts. I was advised that having two shields (one with hate one with fading) might be best. But others say I shouldn't have any hate modifiers for normal dps.

Can we update this post? Is it still applicable at 120 for those of us newly returning? Maybe some white, red & green suggestions? Thank you!
